Interview
After our chat, if the energy feels right, we'll schedule an in-person interview, tour the salon, meet the team, and explore whether Craft House Salon is the right fit for your goals.​

Shadow Day
Spend a day in the salon either working on clients or observing our team in action. You'll get a feel for the vibe, the space, ask questions, and experience what it's like to be part of the Craft House Team.

Apprentice
A Path To Your Career
Our apprentice program, a paid mentorship designed to develop not just your technical skills, but also your confidence, creativity, and business foundation — everything you need for a thriving career behind the chair. We believe what you put into it, you get out of it.
As an apprentice, you’ll work 2-4 days a week alongside our talented team, observing the full client experience — from thoughtful consultations and beautifully finished looks to understanding your personal business behind the chair. You’ll contribute in a hands-on way through shampooing, toning, styling, mixing, applying color, blow-drying, and helping to maintain a clean, elevated salon space.

As your skills grow through our meticulously laid out training program, you’ll begin to take clients of your own, working 1–3 days a week on the floor while continuing to refine your technique and build your presence as an emerging artist — with ongoing support and mentorship every step of the way.

Once you complete the program, you’ll have the opportunity to continue your journey with us at Craft House, surrounded by a collaborative team that truly believes in shared success with more advanced opportunities for education.

To support your business from day one, we help provide new guest referrals to help you build your clientele, while also guiding you in learning how to attract and retain clients who are the best fit for your style and services.
