We have 24-hour 7 days a week accessibility to booking. All you need to do is create a profile and have a credit card on hand. Please note, that online booking requires a 50% deposit that will be applied to your final service pricing. Please read the cancellation policy below.

Booking Tip: If you are booking any color service and wish to receive a blow-dry or haircut appointment, please allow one hour of processing time between choosing your next service time. We review all online reservations and will do our best to make any necessary adjustments and communicate these changes with you via text or email.
The prepayment of your service will remain as a credit toward your next service, valid for one calendar year. Online booking will NOT be eligible for a refund. Thank you!
We recommend pre-booking your appointments or booking at least two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. We recommend booking four weeks in advance for anyone restricted to evening and weekend-only appointments. This is to ensure that you get the time you require. Does this not work for you? All appointments require a 48-hour notice of cancellation. Within 24 hrs cancellations will be subject to a 50% charge of the service. Within 48 hours, if we cannot fill the appointment time, you will be charged 25% of the services.
No show? It happens, and we still like you, but you are responsible for that time.
All no-shows will be charged the total amount for your appointment. If your payment can not process, you will be required to pay in full for future appointments.
We allow a grace period of fifteen minutes. We will do our very best to provide you with the service, but if your lateness affects the appointment after you, we may need to reschedule, resulting in a charge of 50% of your appointment.
